Web Hosting Agreement
This agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Machus Corp. with respect to the Machus Corp. web hosting services and supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
1. Order Acceptance, Payment.
(a) All orders are subject to acceptance by Machus Corp. An order will be deemed accepted by Machus Corp. when Machus Corp. sends written confirmation of the order to Customer.
